Hi! I’m Tracy, the founder of Tracy Straub & Co. With more than 15 years of experience in marketing and communications, I’ve built a career shaping strategies for manufacturers, universities, and national brands. My background spans manufacturing, higher education, and advertising, where I’ve led campaigns, managed events, forged partnerships, and developed content that strengthens brand identity and builds real engagement.

Alongside my professional work, I am also a travel and adventure photographer based in West Virginia. I have explored nearly 50 national parks and captured content across Patagonia, the Canadian Rockies, and some of the most rugged landscapes in the United States. My photography and storytelling combine strategy with authenticity, bringing together professional expertise and a deep love of exploration.

Ryan, an engineer and my behind-the-scenes partner, contributes research, routes, and logistics that keep our travel projects seamless while often carrying a camera of his own. His role helps make our adventures possible and allows me to focus on sharing the stories.

Together, we balance careers with a passion for storytelling, working with brands, tourism boards, destinations, and manufacturers to create content that inspires. From executive messaging to bucket-list imagery, our work blends thoughtful strategy with compelling visuals to connect with audiences in meaningful ways.
